All NeuroDive headsets are covered by a
6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Non-functioning sensors
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by user error
- Structural integrity issues (e.g., housing, band breakage)
This warranty does
not cover:
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- User-induced damage (e.g., drops, water exposure)
- Modifications or tampering
