Thank you for shopping with NeuroDive. We understand the importance of clear policies when purchasing or preordering new products. This policy outlines your rights to cancel, return, or request a replacement.
This Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Neurone Inc., operating under the NeuroDive brand and managed by Nikolai Sviridov. Payments are securely processed by LemonSqueezy Ltd, our authorized payment provider.
1. Return of Delivered Products (Post-Purchase)
If you purchased a physical product (e.g., a NeuroDive headset) that has already been delivered, you may request a return under the following conditions:
  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Note: Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.
2. Preorder Cancellations (Before Delivery)
You may cancel any preordered item at any time before it has been shipped.
In such cases:
  • No cancellation fees will be applied.
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • To cancel a preorder, please contact support@neurodive.com with your order number.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault:
  • Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Provide photo or video evidence of the issue.
  • Upon confirmation, we will send a replacement unit at no additional cost.
Neurone Inc. reserves the right to decline a replacement if:
  • The issue results from misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.
  • There is insufficient evidence to validate the claim.
4. Warranty Policy
All NeuroDive headsets are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
  • Non-functioning sensors
  • Hardware malfunctions not caused by user error
  • Structural integrity issues (e.g., housing, band breakage)
This warranty does not cover:
  • Cosmetic wear and tear
  • User-induced damage (e.g., drops, water exposure)
  • Modifications or tampering
To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@neurodive.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
5. Payment Processing & Refund Timing
All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy Ltd, our billing partner.
Neurone Inc. is the official seller and responsible for fulfillment, while LemonSqueezy handles the technical processing of refunds.
Refunds are typically returned to your payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
