All products are sold by Neurone Inc., operating under the NeuroDive® brand and managed by Nikolai Sviridov. Fulfillment terms vary depending on whether your product is in stock or preordered.
1. Shipping Regions

  • Shipping address (if you place an order)
  • Payment data (processed via LemonSqueezy — we do not store card details)
  • Basic usage data such as browser type and IP address
2. Shipping Times
2.1 Products In StockOrders for products that are currently in stock are typically processed and shipped within 30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note: shipping times may vary due to logistics, customs clearance, or local delivery conditions.

2.2 PreordersFor products offered as preorders, estimated fulfillment time is up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
This is a non-binding estimate subject to change due to production schedules, component sourcing, certification timelines, or unforeseen factors.
  • You will be notified by email once your preorder is ready for shipment.
3. Delivery, Tracking & Confirmation
  • We currently do not provide tracking numbers by default. However, we may update you with relevant shipping milestones via email when possible.
  • Signature on delivery may be required depending on the destination and courier policy.
  • Shipping providers are selected based on region, availability, and efficiency. We do not guarantee delivery via a specific service.
4. Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.
They are not included in the listed product price.
We currently do not offer free or flat-rate shipping options.
5. Ownership & Risk
All products are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis unless otherwise stated.
  • Risk and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon shipment.
  • Neurone Inc. is not liable for delays, damage, loss, or theft that occur after the product is handed over to the shipping provider, unless otherwise required by law.
  • If your item arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on claims and replacement procedures.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Depending on your location, you may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other local fees. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Additional charges incurred from rerouting, return-to-sender, or re-shipment
